A Tale of Two Teas

In a hidden cave, tea brews over open flames, thick as honey. Across the ocean, in the American South, tea is brewed in pitchers, ice-cold and syrupy. These two traditions couldn’t be more different—until you look closer. A Tale of Two Teas follows filmmaker Aisha Nga’s journey from the American South to the ancient troglodyte caves of Libya, uncovering a story of trade, power, and survival in every sip.
